I want to be able to take a pdf from a CD ROM and put it on my iPhone and iPod touch so I can read them any time, any where but how do I do that, is there an app that I need to use or can it be done using the phones software?

Both devices are on 3.0, the phone is a 3G s if it makes a difference.

pdf's Are An Everyday Tool--Need Access On Our iPhones!

You raise a very good point.

I use pdf's just about every day. It would be a huge help to be able to take pdf's from my laptop, or email, and put them onto my iPhone.

You have a pdf in excess of 10 mb? I have a free yahoo account and the max mb is 10, i also have a yahoo pop account that runs 19.99 a year with a max of 20 mb. Get a free yahoo account = problem solved.

I use an App called "Good Reader" it connects to the PC via wifi, (so you need a wireless router for it to work) Once it is set up you can drag and drop your PDFs into the iphone from the PC, it can handle large PDFs with graphics
