best fitness application

    iPump total body
    its the best workout application for the iphone/ipod touch
    with over 4 levels,3 workouts per level,details description of how to exercise
    it aslo give you the option to keep tabs on your reps,sets and workout regime.
    it has a library of 3000 quality workouts which give you a wide range of workouts to choose from and make yourself healthier.there's a ipump total body lite also available for free,but do get your hands on this application if you want to look good.

    i doubt whether these re really helpful or not.. i mean each person has a diferent body that responds to different stress levels.. so i dont think it wud be that useful!
