Hi, I've recently got a new iPhone as my last ones off button didn't work. So before I got the new one I thought I'd backed all my music and everything up on my friends laptop. In this process I restored all the original settings, and when I got my new phone everything synchronized apart from my music. The major problem is that my own laptop with iTunes on is broke and I've got no chance of retrieving it. Could anyone shed any light at all on this matter? It would be much appreciated.
It should be up in the cloud. Just go to on your phone: iTunes>Purchaed. Then they should be all there.
Thanks for that. It's only allowing the music I've downloaded from iTunes, not the majority of music that I've accumulated over the years. I'm pretty certain that I can't retrieve it all, but I thought that there might be an off chance of doing so. Thanks again
