   My iphone is getting really really slow. Does anyone have a suggestion to speed things up without having to do a factory reset?

   Sell the 3G on eBay or somewhere ans make maybe $10 then buy a new iPhone. You can get a 3GS free, 4 for $99 and 4S for $200.
   
   Try a hard reset.
