Hi everyone, About a year ago a good friend of mine offered me his Iphone 3g. He told me it was jailbroken and the transition from his carrier (Telstra) to mine (TPG / Optus) worked a treat. I recently moved to New Zealand and was expecting my iphone to be compatible with New Zealand's carriers, so I tried a prepaid sim card from Vodaphone. You guessed it, it does not work Here are screenshots to illustrate the situation, no error messages come up and I can't access the usual "Carriers" directory. Since I haven't jail broken it myself, I am not sure what to do. I'm pretty good with tech stuff but I have no clue here. All I know is I have got a Cydia app amongst the other traditional apps. Is there anything I am missing here? Can someone please help me with this???
