Hi, I have an iPhone4. I have to get a new SIM to change to new provider. I have been advised to back up to iTunes I have done so and also clicked on transfer purchases. All the apps seem to be there in iTunes BUT my iPhone has 1581 tunes in the iPod, but iTunes on my PC only has 322. How do I make sure all the tunes are backed up to the PC before I change the SIM? Any help would be appreciated Thank You Eric
